DC Resident Fined Thousands For Not Recycling Cat Litter

Well, the eco-terrorists are at it again. This time rifling through trash to see what "nuggets" they can find that violate city recycling laws. Kitty litter recycling law? How is this even possible in a sane world? Oh, that's right, these people are completely insane.

It is so outrageous, but just another example of the lengths these radicals will go to to impose their ridiculously misguided will on us.
